Payment Options

Credit Card

We use SecurePay's Internet Payment Gateway to provide a secure environment for the authorisation of credit card transactions over the Internet. Confidential information including client credit card details are encrypted the moment they are transmitted from the client's browser to the banking network using industry standard SSL 128-bit encryption technology. A 2% surcharge will be charged on all Visa and MasterCard transactions. A 3% surcharge will be charged on all American Express and Diner's Club card transactions.

Direct Deposit

Use order# as reference for Direct Deposit. Bank Name:St George; Account Name:ITBOX PTY LTD; BSB#: 112879; ACC#: 108770630. Orders will be shipped on receipt of payment.

Cheque / Money Order

Please write out Cheques payable to ITBOX PTY TLD. Cheques will take 3 to 5 days to clear. Item's will only be shipped out after cheques have cleared.

Please email us the Approval number from flexirent once you have it. Alternatively please contact ITBOX during business hours.

We do not operate a shopfront and all prices on the website are for Web Only orders. A pickup order will be charged at least $15.00 and may not be immediately available. Please read terms and conditions for more information.

To ensure fast delivery of the items, all payments made in any form should include the ORDER NUMBER which is just the Order Number that appears on your invoice, name and the address for the item to ship to.
