Pricing

All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax) as of 1st July 2000. Product prices are dynamically updated by our in house purchasing system when price changes are received from our suppliers. ITBOX reserve the right to change prices without notice.

ITBOX PTY LTD reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment made. If the payment has being made for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will notify you immediately and refund the amount paid for. We will inform you as soon as possible of any changes in prices, or cancellation of orders.

ITBOX pricing reflects the competitive nature of the I.T. industry and therefore is carefully monitored by our sales team to provide our customers with the latest, competitive prices. If you find a cheaper advertised price elsewhere, email or phone us with the details of the supplier together with prices of the product required and we will endeavour to provide you with a more competitive price.

Price Matching

ITBOX price matching policy insures the customer get the best price. ITBOX staff is working very hard to keep the price updated. If you happen to find better price please email our sales team sales@itbox.com.au and we will be happy to match or even beat the price (conditions below apply).

• We only match prices against competitors located in the Australia.
• Proof of competitors current pricing must be presented and verified.
• Goods advertised must be in stock, and the item must be identical otherwise we match at our discretion. Competitor specials and incorrect pricing not accepted.
• Delivery costs must be factored in a comparison, of total cost.
• Limit one for each type of part or brand of part.
• The item must be new, not used or refurbished.
• We do not match auction prices.
• We reserve to the right to cancel the order at any time if the item/s are below cost.
